CARL is a mobile App designed for both iPhones and iPads. It improves neighbors documenting community issues and keeps an accurate account for all organizations and agencies involved.

Administrator App (iPad)

The Administrator App primarily utilizes iPads. Community captains or tenants manage the App, gathering information from their community profile and presenting it at community meetings for review and discussion.

User App (iPhone)

The User App primarily utilizes iPhones. Each User (homeowner) logs in to access videos, pictures, and documents about issues or incidents in their community. All real-time information is stored in cloud software.

• Police, security, community management, and neighbor contact listings
• Personalized notification preferences for all neighbors and emergency contacts
• Issue severity levels: Red (Immediate), Orange (Moderate), Yellow (Low), Green (None)
• Automatic follow-up notifications at 10, 20, and 30-minute intervals
• Status options: Inner-circle, Away for Weekend, On Vacation, Package Arriving
• Community viewable issue report list with pictures and videos
• Quick count section for all active issues
