Administrator App (iPad)

The Administrator App primarily utilizes iPads. The Administrator configures department settings, labor rates, fee schedules, and service catalogs. All invoices generated by users are visible in the Admin dashboard in real time.

User App (iPhone)

The User App primarily utilizes iPhones. Each fire prevention team member logs in, starts a time-based invoice, adds services rendered, and generates and sends a professional invoice — directly from the field.
